Purpose and description of the content of education:
W ramach modułu studenci zdobędą wiedzę w zakresie prawa o sakramentach ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem treści odnoszących się do sakramentu małżeństwa. W celu pogłębienia wiedzy wspomniane zostaną również wybrane przepisy odnoszące się do sakramentaliów, procesów oraz sankcji w Kościele. Moduł obejmuje przepisy Kodeksu Prawa Kanonicznego: kan. 834-1054; kan. 1176-1185; kan. 1191-1253; kan. 1205-1253; kan. 1311-1399 i kan. 1400-1706, poszerzone m.in. o Instrukcję Episkopatu Polski o przygotowaniu do zawarcia małżeństwa w Kościele Katolickim (5 IX 1986) oraz Instrukcję dla księży dotyczącą małżeństw konkordatowych (22 X 1998).
