Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem zajęć jest zaznajomienie z działalnością pozarządowych organizacji pożytku publicznego, ich rolą i znaczeniem w społeczeństwie przy wykorzystaniu przykładów współpracy organizacji pozarządowych z sektorem publicznym. Omówione zostaną prawne, organizacyjne i finansowe uwarunkowania działania organizacji pozarządowych oraz prawne podstawy działania wolontariatu na rzecz budowania aktywności społecznej w realizowaniu zadań pomocy społecznej w jednostkach samorządu terytorialnego. Dzięki zrozumieniu istoty działań trzeciego sektora osoby uczestniczące w zajęciach rozwijają w sobie gotowość do pracy woluntarystycznej, co wiąże się z kształtowaniem postawy aktywnego angażowania się w losy drugiego człowieka. Nabywają ponadto umiejętności swobodnego poruszania się w polskim prawno-socjalnym systemie pomocowym, interpretacji przepisów i ich realizacji w działalności organizacji pomocowych. Zdobywają umiejętności zakładania i prowadzenia organizacji pozarządowych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem OPP i towarzyszącego im wolontariatu.
