Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarize students with the basic regulations concerning the rules of functioning of the social assistance system in Poland, among others, by analyzing the applicable form of legal solutions, as well as relevant literature on the subject. It discusses, among others, the basic assumptions of the system, the system of social assistance benefits and the legal basis of social work, which makes it possible to use the acquired knowledge in the practice of social work and assistance activities.
