Purpose and description of the content of education:
The social microstructures module is aimed at transferring the content of education in the theory of small social groups, processes and dynamics of relationships in small groups, and norms and principles shaping life in the microsocial dimension. The acquired knowledge contributes to a better and fuller understanding of social behaviour and the formation and development of social groups and their role and impact on the individual in social work.
