Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem modułu jest przybliżenie studentom wiedzy na temat dobrostanu pracownika w wymiarze psychicznym, fizycznym i społecznym oraz podkreślenie znaczenia kreowania i promowania dobrostanu pracowników w powiązaniu ze skutecznością i efektywnością zarządzania zespołem pracowniczym. Studenci nabywają umiejętność tworzenia programów wspierających wielowymiarowy dobrostan pracowników, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem profilaktyki wypalenia zawodowego, równowagi praca-życie oraz konsekwencji długotrwałego stresu zawodowego.
