Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem przedmiotu jest prezentacja wiedzy z zakresu zagadnień dotyczących procesów grupowych. Problematyka obejmuje treści związane z definiowaniem grup, zjawiska procesu społecznego, teorii socjologicznych i psychologicznych z zakresu kształtowania grup oraz relacji grupowych. W głównej mierze położony zostanie nacisk na kształtowanie się grupy, fazy jej istnienia, relacje wewnątrzgrupowe i międzygrupowe: przywództwo i autorytet, role grupowe, formy komunikacji i konflikty. W ramach kursu podjęte zostaną również tematy dotyczące tożsamości jednostkowej i grupowej, myślenia grupowego oraz mechanizmów oddziaływania.
