Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to provide students with basic knowledge in the field of quality management in organizations, including: evolution in the approach to quality issues, modern system solutions in the field of quality management, environmental protection and occupational safety, improvement of systems based on the TQM concept and the use of and improvement tools; the issues of standardization, quality costs and product conformity assessment, taking into account current formal and legal solutions and with the quality culture in the organization. Selected quality management systems, environmental protection, work safety, HACCP and examples of industry systems will be used as illustrations. |
