Purpose and description of the content of education: | Celem modułu jest ukazanie szerokiego spektrum aspektów zarządzania procesem derekrutacji w organizacji, którego celem jest racjonalizacja zatrudnienia w obrębie jednego stanowiska, poszczególnych komórek organizacyjnych lub całej organizacji. W ramach modułu wskazana zostanie istota, formy oraz znaczenie działań restrukturyzacyjnych w zakresie zatrudnienia, przyczyny inicjowania derekrutacji, etapy działań derekrutacyjnych i ich prawne uwarunkowania oraz rodzaje outplacementu. Uwaga zostanie w szczególności skupiona na programach zwolnień monitorowanych w kontekście ograniczenia negatywnych skutków derekrutacji i związanych z nimi konkretnymi działaniami pomocowymi skierowanymi do zwalnianych. Podkreślona zostanie również rola polityki informacyjnej i komunikacyjnej podczas procesu derekrutacji. |
