Purpose and description of the content of education: | The premise of the module is to prepare students for independent business. The module synthetically covers the most important theoretical and practical information on partnerships and capital companies. Each of the companies is analyzed from the point of view of: the rules of appointment and registration, rights and obligations of the parties, conducting company affairs and representation, or organizational structure, as well as selected issues related to the transformation of companies. The knowledge acquired in the module constitutes a propaedeutic to the workshop on commercial law. |
