Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module covers the basic issues of the discipline of law, allowing you to acquire the skills to navigate the legal environment, and is a propaedeutic for a group of modules on law and finance. Its fundamental purpose is to form the skills of interpreting legal regulations, how to search for them and update them. The systematics of the subject has been focused on: systematics of law, sources of law, construction of legal norms and regulations. The second part of the subject is intellectual property law in its broadest sense, including: copyright, related rights and industrial property law. As part of the specific content of the subject, the issues of the work and the author, the differences between personal and property copyrights, contracts, the problem of plagiarism, permitted personal use, taking into account social ethical values, among others, will be discussed. In addition, the subject of didactics within the module will be the issues of inventions, utility models and their protection in the form of patents and protection rights, as well as application procedures related to their registration. |
