Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem modułu jest prezentacja głównych problemów badawczych współczesnego przekładoznawstwa i lektura tekstów teoretycznych z dziedziny traduktologii. W trakcie zajęć osoby studiujące poznają najważniejsze zagadnienia i terminologię nauki o przekładzie. Zajęcia obejmują elementy analizy przekładu w oparciu o teksty w językach południowo- i zachodniosłowiańskich. Studia nad tymi zagadnieniami przyczyniają się do kształtowania świadomości tłumacza tekstów literackich i specjalistycznych oraz przyszłego badacza lub krytyka przekładu.

Osoba studiująca zna i rozumie w zaawansowanym stopniu metody badania zjawisk traduktologicznych oraz rozpatrywanych z perspektywy nauki o przekładzie zjawisk językowych, kulturowych, literackich, w szczególności w odniesieniu do dyscyplin, do których przyporządkowany jest kierunek (literaturoznawstwo oraz językoznawstwo w zakresie, w jakim z obu dyscyplin korzysta nauka o przekładzie).
