Purpose and description of the content of education:
The learning outcomes of the subject of the classes realized during lectures and laboratory classes are identified with extended knowledge, skills and social competences allowing for the correct analysis of hydrological processes. Knowledge of the processes and phenomena occurring in waters (including the differentiation of water balance components, water level fluctuations, transformation of physicochemical properties, thermal conditions, oxygenation, eutrophication, alkalization, acidotrophy, salinity, forms and sediments) is of key importance in the rational, optimal and sustainable use of rainwater, ocean, surface and groundwater.
