Celem zajęć jest zapoznanie studentów z podstawami projektowania doświadczeń użytkownika. Zwłaszcza chodzi tu o metodykę Design Thinking. Tematyka ćwiczeń 1. Design Thinking jako metoda tworzenia innowacji w oparciu o zrozumienie potrzeb klientów 2. Narzędzia heurystyczne 3. Metody badań potrzeb i motywacji użytkowników 4. Definiowanie problemów i prototypowanie 5 . Testowanie
