Description:
The aim of the course is to develop students' understanding of the basic concepts of the level design process. The course's learning outcomes stress in particular the technical correctness and creative coherence of the students’ projects, and seek to develop students’ technical abilities and competences. Students acquire knowledge on level design and practice their skills during workshop classes; the classes focus on the practical aspects of videogame development, exchange of experience, and group work.
Prerequisites:
Successful completion of the courses in the module "Game Design: Module 3" in the third semester.
