Description:
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with literary studies: its terminology, goals, development and methodology. The course covers basic terms, distinctions, and classifications, and the main trends in studies of the literary work, including their ideological contexts and the relations between contemporary literary studies and other areas of reflection in the humanities (e.g., philosophy, aesthetics, linguistics, anthropology, psychology and semiotics).
