S/he is familiar with safety and hygiene regulations essential for educational instutitions. Student has knowledge about contemporary educational theories and various educational backgrounds; s/he knows the specific character of educational processes. S/he is familiar with reasons of learner's misbehaviour and knows some coping strategies that can be applied in a classroom. Student has basic knowledge about people participating in the teaching-learning process (i.e. students, their parents and teachers); has basic knowledge about the speciifc character of teaching students with special educational needs, including gifted learners; s/he knows how to communicate and act in an educational setting (perfoming didactic, educational and caring tasks; overcoming and dealing with protential problems successfully).
