Description:
The course of the module theoretical basics of intercultural education aims at familiarizing students with fundamental issues of regional, multi- and intercultural education in theory and practice with special focus on social aid and support; at students' understanding methodological problems of intercultural pedagogy; shaping their way of thinking about social support and education in the context of associations between the man and culture; developing the need of studying and the skills of analysing scientific texts, independent formulating, classifying and solving pedagogical problems and educational situations.
Prerequisites:
Students have general pedagogical knowledge acquired in their academic education so far in the field of: introduction to general pedagogy, psychology, didactics, theory of education.
