Description:
The course of the module techniques of group and environmental work in multicultural space aims at familiarizing students with the issues of the group process (the developmental dynamics of the group with regard to group phenomena and interactions, goals and norms of the group, of intercultural teams in particular), types of groups and principles of group work, with special focus on representatives of multicultural environments. The module contents shape and develop the skills of establishing interpersonal contacts in multicultural space, prepare for dialogue interactions with representatives of other cultures. Students get acquainted with various techniques of group work at its different developmental stages.
