Description:
The subject Contemporary problems of sociology should familiarize students with the current state of discussion on the status of sociology as a scientific discipline as well as present the specificity of the problems approached by particular sociological theories. The focus is on the relations between explaining and understanding human behaviour both in the current of humanistic sociology and of the natural sciences
