Description:
The course of the module mediation and negotiation techniques familiarizes students with theoretical and practical knowledge concerning mediation and negotiation. In particular, it allows for acquisition and shaping of the skill of using selected mediation and negotiation techniques in work with the socially maladjusted or people endangered with maladjustment, in difficult and conflict situations, also in multicultural societies. The module also shapes the attitudes of creative problem solving and perfecting the workshop needed in educational work.
