Description:
The subject "Psychological aspects of e-learning management" aims at giving students basic knowledge in the main areas of human existence in organisation and familiarizing students with mechanisms - communication, motivation, conflict solving and experiencing stress causing situations in professional life. The objective is also to improve practical social skills in respect to communication with others, cooperation, team work, prosocial skills of interpersonal problem solving, conducting negotiations, assertive behaviour and coping with stress. Within the subject concerning psychological aspects of management, the students have the possibility for learning specific forms of negative organisational participation and modern forms of leadership.
