Description: | The aim of the course is to present the key instruments of international and European labour law. Accordingly, the course focuses on individual and collective labour law, in particular workers’ mobility, posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services, equality law, workers’ right to rest, right to privacy, and the issue of social dialogue. The syllabus covers EU labour law, including general labour directives and the most relevant provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights, the European Social Charter and the general labour law conventions from the International Labour Organisation. |
