Description:
The course is intended to supplement and broaden students’ knowledge on the principles of Arbitration Law. Accordingly, the syllabus for the course covers issues related to the nature of arbitration, arbitration agreement and arbitration award, as well as the influence of different national legal systems on arbitration. Classes will be interactive – students are more than just passive participants and recipients of information provided by the lecturer, but they apply their knowledge in different tasks and simulations, both individually and in group work.
