Description: | The course is intended to discuss commercial law and its place in the legal system. The students will be familiarised with the rules and forms of commercial activity. The syllabus will cover the structure of legal entities in commercial relations, the rules for the exercise of rights, the representation of legal entities in commercial activity, rules of liability and corporate governance system. |
