Description:
The module is aimed at developing the communicative competence in a foreign language (reading, listening, speaking, writing and interaction), taking into consideration key communication strategies. The module includes training in specialist language typical of the studied area. The module develops the skill of individual learning, acquiring knowledge, teamwork and effective communication with the environment.
Prerequisites:
Knowledge of a foreign language acquired during the earlier stages of education is recommended.

Practical classes using the communicative language teaching method with elements of discussion, written or oral feedback and the student's individual work. The practical classes are conducted with the help of activating methods (including project work, webquest and case study), as well as methods and techniques of distance learning and ICT technologies.
