Description: | The elective module (cultural or linguistic aspects) provides the student with contact with classical languages and ancient culture. The classes aim at presenting the most important phenomena from the ancient world, which had an inspiring effect on the development of contemporary culture. Classes consist in discussing presentations and classical source materials in Polish translation, which indirectly make the students sensitive to cherishing the beauty and precision of language and make them aware of the cultural unity of European countries, rooted in the ancient culture. |
