Celem modułu jest prezentacja rozwoju, specyfiki i różnic w przedstawianiu świata antycznego i średniowiecznego oraz wątków starożytnych i średniowiecznych w literaturze popularnej dziewiętnastego i dwudziestego wieku. Moduł koncentruje się na wskazaniu do jakich celów autorzy używali starożytnej/średniowiecznej maski w swoich utworach.
