Description:
Students acquire knowledgein the field of techniques of the written and oral translation. They get to know lexical differences between both languages and the cultural context of the translation. Mainly texts are translated from the current Polish and German-speaking press. Legend of Wilhelm Tell. Switzerland - her position in Europe. Landscape parks in German-speaking countries. Language learning - alternative methods. Age and learning processes. Is it possible to live in contemporary world in a healthy way? The wolf and the man - friends or enemies? Visit to the dentist's - indeed kindness? Guadelupe revelation. Religion yesterday and today. Control state - panacea to the crisis? Translation of the H. Boell's prose. Translation of the W. Borchert's prose. Poland - economic green island. Is it possible to fulfil the free market? The theory of evolution - still current? The stress and different ways of reducing it. Are young people really worse than their predecessors? Germany in twenty years. The tourism and its meaning in contemporary world. Schiller's poetry translation.
