Description:
Classes subject matter are project teams, issues of their forming, functioning, development and assessment and managing their work. Especially they comprise the following content: 1. Techniques of teams construction, 2. Project teams - structure, 3. Techniques of effective communication, 4. Project manager – role, tasks, skills of team management, project teams motivating, 5. Management styles, conflict management, project team integration, 6. Substantive and social competences of project team members, 7. Effective assessment system of team members, 8. Work organization, co-operation with customer, 9. Virtual teams, mobile co-operation, 10. IT tools for communication, control, work with documents, 11. Project repositories, 12. Scheduling methods, 13. Tools supporting development, managing, planning schedules, 14. Project execution – reporting, works execution, project modification, inspection of timely project execution. IT tools.
