Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module is designed to familiarize students with the formal and substantive rules governing the preparation of a master's thesis in a selected field of law, while also deepening their understanding of their chosen research topic. Upon completion of the course, students will be equipped to independently develop the knowledge acquired and enhance their legal skills, demonstrating a critical analysis of legal provisions and case law. The subject encourages a commitment to continuous learning, motivating students to systematically augment their competencies and professional skills. During seminar sessions, students will learn to identify, analyze, and resolve scientific problems by utilizing available literature and case law, while applying various research methods. Additionally, students will gain proficiency in locating appropriate literature, utilizing it effectively, and documenting their findings within the thesis itself. |
