Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to familiarize students with the formal and substantive principles of preparing a master's thesis in a selected field of law, as well as to deepen knowledge in the scope of the selected research topic. After completing the course, the student is able to independently develop the acquired knowledge and improve legal skills, demonstrating the ability to critically analyze legal regulations and case law. The subject also shapes the attitude of continuous learning, motivating to systematically supplement and improve the acquired competences and professional skills. During the seminar classes, the student learns to recognize, analyze and solve scientific problems using available literature and case law and applying various research methods. At the same time, the student learns how to find the right literature, how to use it and how to document this fact in the work itself.
