Purpose and description of the content of education:
The "Administrative Proceedings" module aims to familiarize the student with the principles and legal institutions of general administrative proceedings and simplified administrative proceedings. It includes a detailed analysis of the general principles of administrative proceedings, i.e. the basic procedural values. It shows the basic institutions and legal structures of administrative proceedings, both dynamic and static. The basic element of the presentation is the concept of a procedural action, the structured catalogue of which sets the boundaries of administrative proceedings.
