Purpose and description of the content of education:
Cel i style realizacji modułu określa jego odbiorca. W tym przypadku jest to student uczący się jednego z trzech podstawowych zawodów filmowych, organizator produkcji filmowej i telewizyjnej. Celem kursu jest „trening” studenta wyrażający się w dostarczeniu mu nieodzownych wiadomości z historii teatru, rozumianego w tym kontekście jako część historii kultury. Chodzi również też o to aby student stał się bardziej świadomy tego, iż jego przyszła praca będzie częścią kultury. W centrum zajęć leży takie kształtowanie świadomości związanej ze sztuką, która w oparciu o dane historyczne dopełnia obrazy jakie kreuje nasza wyobraźnia. W kursie zwraca się również uwagę na osiągnięcia w obszarze teatru polskiego, które w sposób naturalny budują poczucie tożsamości studenta. Elementem znaczącym jest również kształtowanie poczucia wartości studenta oraz budowanie rangi zawodu kierownika produkcji, szczególnie podczas pracy w grupie zdjęciowej z pionami twórczymi, jak reżyserski, operatorski, scenograficzny. Niniejszy moduł realizuje wyznaczone cele w oparciu o materiały historyczne od teatru antycznego do teatru XX w.
