Purpose and description of the content of education: | Moduł służy rozwijaniu specyficznych kompetencji coacha związanych z prawidłowym budowaniem relacji, zarządzaniem czasem sesji i odpowiednim kontraktowaniem jej przebiegu oraz ewaluacją pracy własnej. Moduł ma na celu kształtowanie umiejętności związanych z uważnością, słuchaniem i zadawaniem pytań oraz stosowaniem specjalistycznych technik i narzędzi coachingowych. Celem modułu jest również uczenie refleksyjnego podejścia do praktyki, udzielania i integrowania informacji zwrotnych. |
