Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma na celu zaprezentowanie wybranych zagadnień etyki szczegółowej, które współcześnie ujmuje się jako etykę stosowaną w sferze działalności gospodarczej ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem etyki zawodowej coacha. Wiedza etyczna o problemach, które pojawiają się w kontekście życia gospodarczego, działalności biznesowej i zawodowej wyznacza horyzont wrażliwości i odpowiedzialności moralnej osób w obszarze relacji społeczno-gospodarczych i zawodowych. Moduł ma na celu również kształtowanie umiejętności rozpoznawania, stawiania i rozwiązywania problemów etycznych w działalności gospodarczej i zawodowej, umiejętności stosowania wiedzy o społecznej odpowiedzialności firm (CSR) w programach etycznych, umiejętnością analizowania etycznych kodeksów czołowych organizacji branży coachingu.
