Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem modułu Warsztaty specjalistyczne jest kształcenie umiejętności wykorzystywania wiedzy teoretycznej w typowych zastosowaniach matematyki poprzez rozwiązywanie konkretnych problemów związanych z daną specjalnością. Przewiduje się realizację następujących treści kształcenia. 1. Rola matematyki we współczesnym świecie oraz jej zastosowań w kontekście problemów cywilizacyjnych. 2. Zastosowanie formalizmu matematycznego w poprawnym rozumowaniu oraz w formułowaniu problemów badawczych. 3. Rozpoznawanie problemów badawczych i przykłady ich rozwiązań. 4. Sposoby wykorzystywania wiedzy teoretycznej w wybranych specjalistycznych zastosowaniach matematyki. 5. Wykorzystanie różnych źródeł informacji do poszerzania posiadanej wiedzy z dbałością o uczciwość intelektualną i odpowiedzialność.
