Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem kształcenia w ramach modułu jest zapoznanie studenta z metodą mediacji karnych jako formą sprawiedliwości naprawczej na drodze dobrowolnych negocjacji pomiędzy sprawcą a ofiarą przestępstwa. Podczas zajęć przedstawiane są m.in. korzyści społeczne i instytucjonalne wynikające z zastosowania mediacji na różnych etapach procesu karnego, uprawnienia pokrzywdzonego i sprawcy przestępstwa, przesłanki kwalifikujące sprawy do mediacji, sposoby organizowania mediacji karnych. Analizowane są także metody dochodzenia do porozumienia, które umożliwia podmiotom mediacji funkcjonowanie w społeczeństwie bez poczucia krzywdy i zagrożenia.
