Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem kształcenia w ramach modułu jest przedstawienie nieantagonistycznej metody rozwiązywania konfliktów, jaką jest mediacja prowadzona w sprawach rodzinnych. Studenci poznają sposoby organizowania przebiegu mediacji rodzinnych oraz wypracowywania uzgodnień, a także techniki służące usprawnianiu komunikacji, strategie definiowania i porządkowania kwestii spornych do dyskusji, narzędzia pomocne w określaniu potrzeb i interesów skonfliktowanych stron. Zaznajomią się również z funkcjonowaniem rodziny w sytuacji konfliktowej.
