Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem modułu jest przybliżenie teoretycznego ujęcia istoty procesów komunikowania się – w sposób, w jaki ujmuje je nauka. Zwraca się uwagę na typy, definicje i charakterystykę poszczególnych elementów procesu komunikacji, poziomy komunikowania, obszary w jakich procesy te zachodzą (komunikowanie interpersonalne, międzykulturowe, w mediach, w organizacji, w grupie, komunikacja niewerbalna), cele, jakim służą (komunikowanie informacyjne, perswazyjne), jak również okoliczności w jakich powstają (np. komunikowanie w sytuacjach konfliktowych).
