Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma umożliwić studentowi zapoznanie się z teoretycznymi i praktycznymi aspektami mediacji w sprawach rodzinnych, a także w sprawach cywilnych z zakresu podziału majątku wspólnego małżonków. Celem modułu jest przekazanie wiedzy na temat podstaw prawnych prowadzenia mediacji w sprawach rodzinnych, a także wypracowanie umiejętności oceny zdatności mediacyjnej sprawy. W ramach modułu omawiane są etapy postępowania mediacyjnego oraz strategie prowadzenia mediacji. Moduł daje studentowi możliwość czynnego udziału w symulacji mediacji, podczas której w praktyczny sposób wykorzystuje zdobytą wiedzę. Każdy student otrzymuje indywidualny komentarz zwrotny zarówno od pozostałych studentów, jak i od prowadzącego.
