Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module focuses on translation techniques specifically designed for media contexts. Students will develop practical skills in translating and localizing media content, including audiovisual texts, digital journalism, podcasts, and social media. The module covers key areas such as subtitling, dubbing, voice-over, and the ethical and professional challenges of media translation. Hands-on workshops will familiarize students with industry-standard software and tools, enabling them to produce accurate and culturally sensitive translations for diverse audiences. |
