Purpose and description of the content of education:
The objective of the course is to provide a comprehensive overview and critical examination of the challenges that contemporary humanities face in response to the development of digital media and the associated social and cultural transformations. The course explores the significance of digital media and digital communication technologies, as well as their impact on contemporary culture and the functioning of modern society. Topics covered may include, among others, key theories of digital media, the social and cultural dimensions of social media platforms, and selected aspects of digital media culture.
