Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to enhance academic writing skills, with particular focus on working with sources. Students develop competencies in analyzing, selecting, and integrating source material in accordance with academic integrity and the chosen citation style. The module also covers academic style, argumentation, thesis construction, the planning of longer texts, and the process of editing and revision. The course supports the writing of the diploma thesis by connecting these skills with the student’s individual research project.
