Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to develop students' practical skills in the field of literary translation. The classes introduce key concepts and terminology essential for translating literary texts, as well as present the stages and strategies of the translation process. Participants learn to use translation tools such as glossaries and dictionaries, and to analyze translations from a critical and literary perspective. Particular emphasis is placed on the practical application of translation studies knowledge in solving translation problems, evaluating translation quality, and editing translated texts. |
