Purpose and description of the content of education: | The subject Challenges and prospects of tourism development focuses on the analysis of contemporary trends, challenges and development opportunities of the tourism industry in the context of global social, economic, technological and environmental changes. During the classes, students will become familiar with the latest directions of tourism development, such as sustainable tourism, digitalization, climate change, globalization and growing consumer expectations. The subject will equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to predict future trends and plan and implement innovative solutions in the tourism industry. The main objective of the subject is to familiarize students with the latest trends and challenges in tourism development, such as climate change, digitalization, globalization and growing consumer expectations, to develop the ability to analyze and assess tourism development prospects and propose innovative solutions, and to prepare students to plan and implement tourism development strategies that take into account future challenges and opportunities |
