Purpose and description of the content of education:
In this module, students learn basic principles of teamwork in contemporary organizations and the mechanisms governing processes within them. By utilizing activating methods, they learn creative problem-solving methods, manage group work, learn to assign and undertake roles in employee teams, and understand the stages of team development, ways to counteract negative phenomena, and deal with already existing problems.
