Purpose and description of the content of education:
Professional teaching internships for teaching a second subject are an integral part of the study program implemented by students. Internships are intended to help confront the knowledge acquired during studies with the requirements of the labor market, and to acquire skills useful in the teaching profession, for which the student is prepared during the studies. The internship is intended to familiarize the student with the work culture typical of teachers. The rules for organizing internships are specified in the Rector's order. Detailed rules for conducting teaching internships are specified in the professional internship regulations, in particular: learning outcomes to be achieved by the student during the professional internship, a framework internship program containing a description of the issues, the duration of the internship (number of weeks of hours); form of internship (continuous, mid-year), criteria for selecting the place of internship, responsibilities of the student participating in the internship, responsibilities of the academic supervisor of the internship, conditions for obtaining credit for the professional internship by the student and conditions for exemption in whole or in part from the obligation to complete the internship. The number of ECTS and the number of hours are determined by the study plan.
