Purpose and description of the content of education: | The industrial geography module is designed to enable you to master concepts relating to different types of industrial activity and to acquire skills in statistical data processing and analysis of economic processes in geographical space. The student acquires information on the natural basis and socio-economic conditions of industrial development in various parts of the world. Students will learn about the restructuring of industry due to social and political changes as well as the characteristics of selected branches of industry. |
