Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of the module is to familiarize students with the basic contents of civil law with particular attention to the specifics of public administration activities using the civil law method of regulating social relations. The student learns the essence of contract law, with particular emphasis on the general part of contract law and the analysis of basic named contracts, with emphasis on the contractual agreements most often concluded in the practice of administrative action: contracts for the transfer and establishment of rights (including contracts of sale with particular emphasis on the sale of real estate by the State Treasury and local government units), contracts for the use of things (including lease contracts with particular emphasis on the lease of residential premises), contracts for the provision of services.
