Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarise the student with selected aspects of philosophical reflection, the subject of which is culture and various ways of understanding it. The student becomes acquainted with the intellectual background allowing for the formulation of a particular understanding of culture in a given epoch and learns to distinguish between modern and post-modern concepts of man and community.
